Both the animation of the opening sequence and the song itself are very entertaining. The second theme song is just AWESOME, and i often find myself listening to it on my Ipod. The first theme song is lovely and captures the spirit of what it's like to be a young girl with many hopes and dreams.
While I would not recommend that you buy this series INSTEAD of Sailor Moon, this series does in fact stand on its own two feet in some aspects, despite having the same character designer as Sailor Moon (Kazuko Tadano, I believe). I was fully convinced that this was a poor imitation of the anime about everyone's favorite moon princess. When I first viewed Ai Tenshi Denetsu Wedding Peach, I was a little annoyed as a die-hard fan of Sailor Moon.
